We are thrilled to announce that Gemma Walsh has joined TSM as our new Social Value Manager!

Gemma brings a wealth of experience to the role and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Social Value at TSM – from leading innovative initiatives and ensuring contract commitments, to driving positive social impact across our projects.

A dynamic and values-led professional, Gemma has a strong background in operational leadership and excels at building and maintaining meaningful stakeholder relationships. She is passionate about training and mentoring others in best practice, drawing on her experience as a certified Employment Coach.
