- Schools, Colleges & alternative provision – providing work experience, employability workshops, and mentoring allowing young people to make informed choices for their future.
- DWP Work Programmes & Local Job Centre Plus – supporting employability, disability confidence, and welfare-to-work initiatives through Job Fairs, Awareness sessions and similar.
- Veterans, Homelessness, Women in Construction and Care Leaver Services – opening doors for underrepresented groups and striving to eliminate industry barriers.
- Social Recruitment Covenant Signatories – Advocating embedding social recruitment best practice, sharing knowledge with wider stakeholders and clients alike.
- HMP & Probation Services – Offering training and employment pathways back into work, supporting the ‘Secondstart’ movement.
Environmental Commitment
We are continuously pushing to reduce our carbon footprint by investing in hybrid vehicles coupled with technologies like Lightfoot telematics to drive efficiency and lower emissions. Sustainability is a key focus in our strategy for Social Value.
Community Projects
We regularly take part in volunteering and regeneration projects, such as transforming community centres, supporting local charities, and contributing to fundraising efforts for causes including mental health, homelessness, air ambulances and domestic abuse services.
Sports & Sponsorships
TSM proudly sponsors youth and Grassroots sports teams across the country, from football clubs to British American football. These initiatives not only support young people in sport but also encourage confidence, teamwork, and aspiration.
