The platform aims to provide a central space for industry recruitment, helping companies and candidates find opportunities more easily while promoting careers across the traffic management industry.

Gemma Walsh and the team at TSM have supported the initiative as part of its development, sharing industry insight and helping highlight the benefits a dedicated recruitment platform could bring to the sector. Gemma’s perspective has also been featured ahead of the platform’s launch.
