TSM is proud to recognise Gareth from our Nottingham depot, who has once again been named Driver of the Month for March, securing an impressive hat trick of Lightfoot Driver of the Month awards.

Gareth continues to demonstrate outstanding commitment to safe, efficient and professional driving standards, consistently setting the benchmark across the fleet. A valued member of the Nottingham team, Gareth is recognised not only for his driving performance but also for being a strong all-round team player and positive influence within the depot.

His approach and professionalism help ensure that newer operatives and trainees are learning the TSM way from experienced, quality-qualified team members who lead by example every day.

Using the Lightfoot telematics system, TSM is able to support and reward positive driving behaviours while also helping drivers improve efficiency and reduce emissions across the fleet. As part of TSM’s wider Carbon Reduction Plan and Social Value commitments, Lightfoot continues to play an important role in supporting safer, greener and more efficient operations.
