TSM is delighted to celebrate Rease Rowlett, one of our Traffic Management Trainees from the Nottingham depot, after he won £500 in Lightfoot’s June Elite Driver Championship.

Lightfoot is used across the TSM fleet to encourage safer, smoother and more efficient driving. As well as supporting our road safety and environmental commitments, the technology gives drivers the opportunity to be recognised and rewarded for positive driving behaviours.

Rease now joins a growing list of drivers winning prizes through Lightfoot’s competitions. During 2025, Lightfoot gave away more than £300,000 through its Drivers’ Lottery, alongside monthly Elite Driver Championship prizes and a range of other rewards. For 2026, its Fleet Driver Championship prize pot has increased to £25,000, with a top prize of £15,000.

It’s particularly great to see one of our trainees achieving recognition through the programme. Rease’s win demonstrates the positive driving standards we’re encouraging from the very beginning of a career with TSM.
