TSM is proud to be part of Lightfoot’s latest environmental initiative – a campaign that plants trees based on positive engagement from participating businesses.

Unlike traditional reward schemes, this initiative recognises the actions taken by management teams, including the regular submission of feedback, participation in system improvements, and ongoing engagement with Lightfoot’s sustainability goals.

Each eligible action completed by TSM contributes towards the planting of new trees, allowing the business to make a direct contribution to carbon reduction efforts. These trees form part of verified climate projects designed to remove CO₂ from the atmosphere over their lifetime.

To make the impact transparent, Lightfoot has provided a dedicated carbon dashboard, giving TSM visibility of how many trees have been planted through our activity – and even estimating how much CO₂ these trees will offset over time. This clear reporting allows us to track the environmental benefits of our involvement and see the positive difference our engagement is making.

For TSM, this initiative aligns perfectly with our Carbon Reduction Plan and broader sustainability commitments. By taking part, we’re not only improving the way we operate day-to-day but also helping to restore natural environments and support long-term climate resilience.
